Across all Heddle applications, we follow these core privacy principles:
We do not sell your data
We never sell personal information to third parties for advertising or any other purpose. Your data is used only to operate and improve our applications.
We collect only what we need
Each app collects only the information necessary to provide its core functionality. We do not collect data speculatively or build profiles beyond what the product requires.
You can delete your data
Every Heddle app provides an in-app account deletion option. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days. We do not retain data to re-engage you after deletion.
We use industry-standard security
Data in transit is encrypted using TLS. We use row-level security on our databases and limit internal access to user data to what is necessary to operate the service.
We are transparent about third parties
Each app's privacy policy lists every third-party service provider that receives your data and explains what they receive and why. We do not use third-party advertising networks.
Minimum age of 17
All Heddle applications require users to be at least 17 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 17. If we learn we have done so, we delete the information promptly.
